Paul DiPietro Hockey Training is operated by Paul DiPietro as a sole proprietor in Zug, Switzerland.

Paul DiPietro Hockey Training provides private and small-group hockey training and player-development services for youth and adult players. Training may take place on ice, synthetic ice or at other suitable training facilities as agreed.

The content and format of each session may be adapted to the player’s age, experience, ability, objectives and training needs.

Training enquiries may be made through the contact form or by email.

Submitting an enquiry through the website does not constitute a booking or create a payment obligation. An enquiry does not guarantee a session, training location or ice availability.

A booking is confirmed only after the training arrangements, price, location and availability have been agreed upon and confirmation has been provided by email.

The agreed price and cancellation terms are communicated to the client before the client confirms the booking. The client has the opportunity to review and agree to these terms before Paul provides email confirmation.

Training location and ice availability are discussed after an enquiry. Where necessary, Paul DiPietro Hockey Training may contact the participant by email to arrange or confirm the appropriate training facility.

Training prices are not displayed publicly. The applicable training fee is provided individually after discussing the player’s training requirements and agreed before the booking is finalized.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, ice rental, rink charges, facility fees and other third-party costs are separate from the coaching fee.

Any additional facility costs for which the participant will be responsible are communicated and agreed before the client confirms the booking.

Training sessions are invoiced. Payment terms are stated on the invoice. The participant is responsible for paying the agreed coaching fee and any separately agreed facility costs by the applicable due date. No payment obligation arises from an unconfirmed enquiry.

Confirmed bookings may be cancelled or rescheduled without charge with at least 24 hours’ notice before the scheduled training time.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before a confirmed session are subject to a cancellation charge of 50% of the agreed training fee. Rescheduling requests for confirmed sessions made with less than 24 hours’ notice are subject to the same charge. A no-show at a confirmed session may be charged the full agreed training fee.

No cancellation or rescheduling charges apply to unconfirmed enquiries. The cancellation terms are communicated to the client before the client confirms the booking.

For cancellations or rescheduling of confirmed bookings with less than 24 hours’ notice, any separately agreed non-refundable or unrecoverable ice rental, rink or facility charges may also be payable by the participant. Any such charges are communicated before the client confirms the booking. No such cancellation charges apply to unconfirmed enquiries or cancellations or rescheduling with at least 24 hours’ notice.

If Paul DiPietro Hockey Training must cancel a confirmed session, the participant will be offered an appropriate rescheduled session, credit or refund of any coaching fee already paid for that session.

Participants should arrive in sufficient time to be prepared for the scheduled start of the session. Late arrival by the participant does not automatically extend the scheduled training period.

Participants are responsible for arriving with suitable hockey equipment and any protective equipment appropriate for the activity and facility.

Participants must comply with reasonable safety instructions from Paul DiPietro and with the rules and requirements of the relevant rink or training facility.

Paul DiPietro Hockey Training may stop or modify an activity where reasonably necessary for safety.

Hockey and athletic training involve inherent risks, including falls, collisions and other sporting injuries.

Participants are responsible for ensuring that they are physically fit to participate and for informing Paul DiPietro Hockey Training of any relevant limitation that reasonably needs to be considered for safe participation.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited under applicable Swiss law, including liability that cannot legally be excluded for intent or gross negligence.

Bookings for players under the age of 18 must be made or approved by a parent or legal guardian, or by a person appropriately authorised by the parent or legal guardian.

By submitting or approving a booking for a minor, the parent or legal guardian confirms permission for the player to participate in the agreed hockey training.

Photographs or video recordings identifying a participant will not be used for promotional or marketing purposes solely because a participant booked a training session. Where such content is intended for promotional use, appropriate permission will be obtained separately.

Where training packages or multiple-session arrangements are offered, any package-specific price, validity period or additional conditions will be communicated when the package is purchased or agreed.

Personal information is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy published on this website.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by Swiss law.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to restrict any mandatory rights or protections available to consumers under applicable law.

Paul DiPietro Hockey Training may update these Terms & Conditions when reasonably necessary. The version published on the website at the relevant time will apply, subject to any terms already agreed for an existing confirmed booking.
